Vinyasa Flow Go:

This is a Vinyasa based flow class.

This class will help you connect to your mind and body in a non-judgmental way. It is designed for beginners and advanced with modifications.  Be ready to flow with each asana (pose) and use your breath to help you release and let go.  You will sweat and remove toxins from your mind and body, and feel like your best self after this class. (Beginner to Advanced)

Beginner Level Yoga

The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. (All levels Welcome)

Ashtanga Yoga Mix

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. It is based on the primary series.  (Advanced)

Gentle Meditative Yoga:

This is a gentle yoga class that all levels can participate in.  We perform gentle stretches and restore the mind and body.  Be ready to practice being mindful and to relieve stress. Chairs are available fo this class.  (All Levels Welcome)

Beginner Level Yoga Flow:

This is a gentle vinyasa class where we move through the poses while focusing on breathe.  We move through postures with intention and focus on alignment and mindfulness.   (All levels welcome)

Restorative Yoga:

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. ... During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

Zumba:

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Get ready for diversity and to get your groove on.

Zoga:

If you don't have time to commit to a whole hour to Zumba or Yoga; this class is designed for you.  We move and groove for 1/2 hour and then end with some stretching and movement with Yoga.  It's a great way to introduce Yoga into your routine.

Buti Yoga:

Dance + Yoga. Tribal dance meets power yoga. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format.

Note: For Mature Participants only!

Core Strength:

Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.  Having a strong core helps support your spine and your posture.  It also it very important when performing other exercises to be safe and strong. This is a quick 30 minute class.

Stroller Jams:

This is a fun class that brings Moms together.  It is a  great opportunity to bond with your children and with other Mothers while exercising.  Bring your child in a stroller and be ready to jam.  We will do a variety of different movements,  including conditioning, strengthening and taking time to breathe. We will meet at Oak Grove Park in the large parking lot.  Sign up on line for this class or bring cash.

Yoga and Strength Training

This is  a challenging, intense full body workout utilizing dumbbells for upper body weight training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses for the core and lower body strength.  It is a great addition to your yoga practice.

Kick/HIIT/Yoga Mix

Kickboxing, high intensity interval training, and Yoga all mixed into one class.  We will release tension through movement and focus on breathe in between sets. This is a great conditioning class.  We will focus on what we acomplish and positive reinforcement.
